Report & Delivery

How long does report delivery take? The benchmark report is delivered within 5–7 business days after payment receipt. Continuous Radar subscribers receive monthly updates at month-end.

In what format will I receive the report? PDF (Executive Preview + Full Report, 15–20 pages), with a radar chart and gap table. Available in DE or EN on request.

What information do you need for the analysis? Company name, sector, and your decision horizon (annual target / investment decision). Additional data is sourced automatically from public and verified sources.

Methodology & Scoring

How is the score calculated? Each of the 5 dimensions is rated on a 0–10 scale. Every data point is linked to a primary-source anchor. The methodology is based on multi-source validation and documented in the audit trail.

Who are the benchmark companies? Five international champions in your sector — including benchmark scores, evidence base, and delta to your organisation.

Subscription & Payment

How can I cancel the Intelligence subscription? Email us at radar@r9si.com. Cancellation terms are detailed in Terms § 4.

Do invoices include VAT? Yes — all invoices are issued with German VAT. B2B customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID receive invoices under the reverse-charge procedure.

Can I upgrade to the Enterprise engagement? Yes, anytime. We credit the amount already paid pro-rata.

Usage Rights

May I share the report internally? The licence is limited to the purchasing company (legal entity). Internal distribution is permitted; sharing with third parties or publication requires a separate agreement.

How long may I use the report? Indefinitely, for internal decisions. For substantive quotations in external publications, please consult us.
